I am Mahesh. I and Suma both loved each other. After few months of my graduation, I was looking for a job, because I had no plans to continue my studies. After intensive search, I could not find a suitable job, so I stayed at home. Suma was going to college. We met often. Everything was going well, but one day I came to know that her family opposed our relationship. Suma tried to convince her family but that did not work. She forced me to end our relationship. So, our meetings and calls reduced. We both had many dreams together.
Sometimes, she used to cry. I was worried and I did not know how to solve this. In this dilemma, I was introduced to the Yuva Spandana program through my friend, and I visited Yuva Spandana Kendra immediately. The Yuva Samalochaka received me and spoke to me patiently. I was very uncomfortable talking about my problems at first. Yuva Samalochaka noticed that I was taking time to sharing my problems and he encouraged me to share my entire problem without any hesitation as all the information that I share would be kept confidential. And as we discussed, I got to know that I never spoke to Suma about why she wanted to break up and why she forced me to end the relationship.
Therefore, Yuva Samalochaka spoke with my girlfriend through phone. Along with that, they enquired about our families completely. We got to know that the actual reason was the lack of work. As I was not working or had a job, was the cause of her family’s opposition. As such, Yuva Spandana had suggested me some of the job opportunities as well.
Currently, I am working and have a secured job. My family is going to have a talk with Sumas family. Sumas family does no longer have any problems with me. I am confident that our life will be better. And I realized that how Yuva Spandana has helped me in maintaining my love with their guidance.
